Dr. Krisel Nagallo is an Arizona-licensed naturopathic physician and Medical Director. She brings over 10 years of clinical and teaching experience. Her clinical practice is focused on thyroid and female/male hormone imbalances and chronic autoimmune and digestive disorders. She previously held Adjunct Faculty appointments at Chamberlain University, Grand Canyon University, Arizona College of Nursing, and Estrella Mountain Community College. She embraces the principle "doctor as teacher" and enjoys teaching her patients about their own health. Dr. Nagallo is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP). When not in the clinic or in the classroom, you will find her outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.

Hi my name is Iris Howell! I’ve been an aesthetician for about five years and also certified in laser treatments. I’m an Arizona native and most of my family lives here. I’m married to a wonderful man and have two hairless cats! My favorite treatment to perform is microneedling as I love that it treats multiple concerns and safe for almost everyone! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and friends. Building a connection and caring relationship is a huge reason behind why I do what I do!

Nicole has been a nurse for 14 years and specializes in cosmetic injectables. She loves helping people feel their best and is dedicated to helping each client reach their beauty goal. Nicole's training with top injectors has guided her to new techniques to better serve her clients. When Nicole is not injecting she is raising her three children and seeking out new adventures to share with them and her husband.

Before opening Métier Pharmacy, Dr. Randle House led a successful career in the pharmacy industry. Randle has owned a successful healthcare consulting company, was the Vice President of Operations for Avella, Regional Director for BioScrip, Regional Vice President and Director of Acquisitions for Rite Aid, and held various leadership positions at Eckerd Drug. As a second-generation pharmacist, Randle created Metier Pharmacy to provide a beneficial service to help patients with unique needs.

Métier also specializes in Hormone Replacement Therapies, veterinary medications, and a variety of other custom prepared solutions. Our professionals are specially trained to prepare these customized medications with the most advanced compounding techniques available today. Under Randle’s guidance, Métier is equipped to handle various situations and medical conditions.

Rebekah Wilhelm has been Practicing for 16 years in the Valley of the Sun .For the last 12 years she has been running Surgery Centers and most recently centers focused on Regenerative Pain. Her passion continues to be focus on alternative medicine to help people live a quality and fulfilled lives . As part of that quality life hormone balance is a big part of her practice educating patients that you do not have to just “live with the symptoms.”

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering as part of the medical team for outreach and missions trips.
