We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Metier Clinical Services. To ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.

  2. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee helps cover our operational costs and the time reserved for your appointment.

  3. No-shows (failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice) will be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost. We kindly ask for your understanding as this policy enables us to provide exceptional service to all our clients.

  4. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients. The full service fee will still apply.
